After over 5 years continuous effort and investment, we are glad to introduce the new technology: Biodegradable tube , which is made from biodegradable pigment and normal fossil based PE . The technology enables the packaging fully degradable while maintaining traditional PE & PP material performance.
Degradation performance:
•Special catalytic reaction from the biodegradable pigment transforming PE to bioavailable small molecule waxes.
•Full-biodegradation in about 2 years in open land environment
•Degraded to water, CO2 and mineral salt. Free of micro-plastic or toxicant residuals(ECHA Europe)
The technology has been fully certificated with Biodegradablility, Ecotoxity, FDA, REACH and RoHS.
